Housemately provides self-service information, marketplace tools and document templates. It does not provide legal advice, property services, deposit custody or rent collection.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for checking your position with the Residential Tenancies Board, Threshold or a qualified adviser before acting.

Accommodation adverts and messages must not indicate a preference based on a protected ground. Content may be blocked, flagged or removed where needed to meet legal and safety obligations.

Generated handover documents are templates for you to review, complete and sign. Housemately does not submit them or carry out the tenancy change for you.
